Welcome to the Home of the Camden Fairview Department of Bands.
The High School Band recently earned a First Division Superior rating from all judges at the Region IV Marching Assessment in Magnolia. The 6th Annual Ouachita Valley Invitational Marching Contest was a huge success with 24 bands participating and the Southern Arkansas University Marching Band being the featured performer. Bryant High School Band was named Grand Champion for 2008. The band recently placed 49 students in the Region IV Honor Bands, with two students earning 1st Band 1st Chair honors. Two students also earned positions in the Arkansas All-State Concert Band, allowing them to perform in a Hot Springs, AR concert in February. Both the MS and HS Symphonic Bands received superior ratings from all judges recently at the Region IV Assessments. This qualifies both bands to receive the Arkansas Sweepstakes Award, the highest honor given to an Arkansas band.
